Betting on PUBG Global Series Phase 3 (PGS Phase 3), which will run from May 20-26, will open in the weeks before the event, with most esports betting sites having markets on the outright winner, teams to reach the final, and each individual match of the tournament. PGS Phase 3 will be the first international event on the PUBG esports calendar, with teams qualifying from their regional leagues during the spring season. Our PGS Phase 3 betting guide will feature tournament details, participating teams, prize pool distribution, and how to bet on and watch the event.
What is the PUBG Global Series Phase 3?
The PUBG Global Series Phase 3 tournament will be the first Major championship of 2024, with the event being organised by the PUBG Corporation. After Phase 1 and 2 were held last year during the season, Phase 3 will be one of four championship events to take place during the 2024 season in the lead-up to the PUBG Global Championship. PGS Phase 3 will be held in Shanghai, China, from May 20–26, with 24 teams participating in the US$300,000 event.
Although the prize money is lucrative, every team will be eyeing off the valuable PUBG Global Series Points, which will help them qualify for the PUBG Global Championship at the end of the season. Teams that finish inside the top 16 will earn points, while the winner will take home a massive 300 points and give themselves a massive head start after the first event of the season.
